Chatbots

What is a Chatbot?

A chatbot in Open Chat Studio is the bot configuration that users interact with. It defines the conversational experience, while the underlying pipeline controls how messages are processed and responses are generated.

Chatbots can be connected to one or more channels, use LLMs to generate responses, and include supporting logic such as routing, participant data, or custom actions.
