Configure Messaging Providers

Messaging providers offer access to communication platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Slack, and more.

If you want a Chat Widget on a website, you dont need to setup a Message Provider. See details here

Steps

1) Choose the communication channel

OCS supports these messaging providers

2) Create an account with the messaging service provider

Before configuring a provider, ensure that you have an active account at the provider and access to the necessary integration credentials.

3) Add the messaging provider details to your Team

Messaging providers configured in your Team settings under "Messaging Providers".
